Moisturizer or Hydrating lotion ?Choose based upon ingredients and skin type.

Sometimes there is a bit confusion between Hydrating Lotion and Moisturizer .

Whether both are the same or not ?

Whether we should we use both of them or any one is enough ? Being a Makeup Artist , I came across different types & conditions of skins . People often are confused about products .They choose their skin care regimen according to the advertisement they see from social media or from any person. Due to which people usually choose products based upon brand names Instead of knowing their own skin type
